Great food and Dylan our server was great! Had the Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken. Only thing that could have been better was that the kitchen wouldn’t let me switch the medium buffalo sauce to the mild one (that they also have on the menu). But luckily the medium wasn’t too spicy and very delicious in the end :)

We had an amazing time at Jack Astor's celebrating our friend’s birthday, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Nikki. From the moment we sat down, Nikki was warm, engaging, and so much fun to interact with. She made everyone at the table feel welcome and taken care of. Nikki was super attentive throughout the entire evening, never missing a beat and always one step ahead of our needs. Her memory was seriously impressive, and you could tell she truly cares about the experience of every guest. She went above and beyond to make sure the birthday celebration was special. Jack Astor’s is lucky to have her: a truly hard-working and standout addition to the team. Thank you, Nikki, for making our evening extra memorable!
